上星期去咗銅鑼灣嘅「一杯屋 」食日本炭燒嘢,呢到嘅感覺十分地道,我都食咗唔少串燒,簡直係滋味無窮。乳酸梳打嗰日唔想飲酒,所以試試佢地嘅梳打。食完串燒飲就好清新。五花腩車厘茄肉質鮮嫩又唔會太肥,燒得啱啱好。第一次試加埋車厘茄咁食,啲汁爆出嚟同啲腩肉味好夾。免治雞肉串每次食串燒都要叫雞,哈哈!雞嫩又滑,好味!五花腩紫蘇卷 頭先講咗啲五花腩,呢個卷都好出色。日式炸豆腐外脆內滑,將普通嘅食材提昇到極致。炭燒極上牛舌勁大碟。彈牙爽口,加埋炭燒嘅香氣真係好吸引。甲羅燒呢個真係超香,蟹膏+蛋我中意!秋葵加木魚絲有冇人都中意食秋葵?燒完都好多水唔乾,原來加啲木魚絲食都唔錯。見到有人食鰻魚飯好似好正,下次再嚟食!

頭先講咗啲五花腩,呢個卷都好出色。


日式炸豆腐
外脆內滑,將普通嘅食材提昇到極致。


炭燒極上牛舌
勁大碟。彈牙爽口,加埋炭燒嘅香氣真係好吸引。


甲羅燒
呢個真係超香,蟹膏+蛋我中意!


秋葵加木魚絲
有冇人都中意食秋葵?燒完都好多水唔乾,原來加啲木魚絲食都唔錯。


見到有人食鰻魚飯好似好正,下次再嚟食!
