Restaurant: Jashan Celebrating Indian Cuisine

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近同同事係中環附近覓食,見到呢間隱世樓上印度餐廳,就入去試下😍餐廳裝橫都幾有特色,佢地午市係自助餐黎嘅,款式唔算多,但係每樣望落都幾吸引。同侍應傾偈,佢哋推介呢度嘅butter chicken,果然唔錯!最鍾意佢地個nann, 係即點即製,上枱時用布巾包住,新鮮滾熱辣,再配合自助吧拎嘅咖哩沾住食,食到lam lam脷😋我地refill 左幾轉👍🏻佢哋啲食物應該有根據香港人嘅口味調整返,唔算特別重調味料。另外佢哋會送每人一份crepe, 有啲椰絲喺入邊,甜甜地,味道都幾得意,而且個Crepe皮薄薄地煙煙韌韌,口感特別。平時午餐食嫌左中日韓餐廳,黎試吓食印度餐廳都唔錯!
