To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

難得來到了土瓜灣這舊區，朋友帶路下四圍探索，來到了這家經營了多年，店面很不像咖啡室的咖啡室。最吸引眼球的相信是有40多款咖啡豆的掛牆餐牌。餐牌包括各個地區的咖啡豆深烘焙的咖啡豆。可能是老闆的ᴘʀᴇꜰᴇʀᴇɴᴄᴇ !? ᴘᴇʀsᴏɴᴀʟʟʏ 會較喜歡果香味較出的咖啡，相對地這裡的咖啡味道濃郁厚實甘醇。。ʙʟᴀᴄᴋ ᴄᴏꜰꜰᴇᴇ $40這次選了13號ᴋᴇɴʏᴀ的中炒豆，是否應該要有花香味? 可能我味覺不夠敏銳~。火腿蛋多士 $35多士倒是幾好食，多士面是煎出來的，有別於一般烘多士，蛋都幾滑。性格餐廳，有種澳牛的感覺。特別的是這裡供應茶餐廳的食物，卻有很多咖啡選擇。公仔麵都有3款選擇。假如有天想食公仔麵之類的港式食物又想飲杯精品咖啡都可以再來。
