To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 金公館的大廚來自重慶,烹飪出一道又一道地道川菜。甫入門口,牆上有三幅大型京劇畫報影入眼簾,盡顯霸氣。室內空間足夠,通道寬敞,以卡位為主,除咗室外雅座,也有包箱和房間。每枱提供自助煲水沖茶,方便又衛生。夫妻肺片:以牛為主,有牛肚、牛舌、牛展拼上花生芫茜等香菜,味道鮮香而麻辣,花生香脆提供元口感。是一道開啓味蕾的前菜,即時提供食慾。蒜泥白肉:與坊間不同的是,一片薄切白肉配上一片青瓜片,更加爽口,細嚼之下,肉味與青瓜味結合,相得益彰。在上面鋪有厚厚一層蒜茸,味道香辣帶甜,非常難忘。烤北京填鴨:材料豐富,有青瓜條、京蔥絲、西芹絲,醬料方面有甜麵醬、冰梅醬、胡麻醬、桂花糖醬,可以有不同配搭不同食法。饃饃皮份量預足,食片皮鴨就不怕饃饃皮不夠,齋食鴨肉,不需要沾任何醬料,又另一種風味,可以直接品嘗鴨肉獨特的香味。老壇酸菜魚:川菜必食就是酸菜魚,魚片去骨切片,放入酸菜、泡椒、辣椒、萵筍、薯粉等,魚片嫩滑可口,酸菜味道酸辣開胃。水煮牛肉:採用新鮮牛肉,口感嫩滑,味道濃厚而具麻辣鮮燙的特色。配菜豐富有萵筍,芽菜,豬紅、薯粉。份量十足,足夠4人份量。甜品:紅糖滋粑,其實係糯米粉團,新鮮即炸,上枱仍然保持熱度
