To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一場嚟到九龍城 當然要食泰國嘢啦基本上每次都會嚟幫襯小曼谷因為又近地鐵站又抵食 而且店員都好親切就算唔係約朋友食買返屋企加料一樣正海南雞 要咗半隻 最鍾意佢地嘅外賣一啲都唔hea有朵兒是回憶紫色嘅花海南雞醃得入味之餘 雞肉亦都好滑仲跟兩兜秘製海南雞甜辣醬添秘製滷水豬手煲厚厚嘅豬皮炆到好腍 係食緊骨膠原嘅感覺豬手已經吸晒滷水嘅味道 份量好多啖啖肉仲配埋滷水蛋同埋酸菜 完全係好好下飯底下仲有幾條菜心添 完全係吸收晒滷水嘅精華黃咖喱牛腩啲牛腩炆到好腍好入味個咖喱汁真係好好食 好重椰香味仲有就係個薯仔 真係同咖喱係好拍檔
