To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從幾個月前去完三亞後對海南椰子雞念念不忘,特別係清甜嘅椰青水湯底、鮮味十足嘅雞肉同酸咪咪嘅醬汁,係海南獨有嘅味道。偶然見到呢間主打椰子雞嘅餐廳,應該係新開張冇耐,上網一睇似乎評價不俗。門外整面牆紙都印上字句,頗有特色。我哋嗌咗椰子雞,配搭嘅醬汁由蒜蓉、青檸同辣椒組成,份量可以自己斟酌,雖然同三亞食到嘅青柑桔醬汁唔同,但風格相似。店員極力推介杞子圓肉雪梨茶,自家製之餘仲冇添加冰粒,原杯放入雪櫃雪凍,味道清甜,感覺滋潤健康。前菜係醒胃嘅涼拌雲耳同青瓜,口感冰涼爽脆,味道酸辣清新,加上白芝麻更加香口。同海南嘅椰子雞鍋一樣,湯底係純椰青水,忍唔住喺落雞件之前試一啖,非常清甜。店員介紹佢哋選用嘅文昌雞係先放養大概120日左右再圈養大概一個月,所以肉質結實而且脂肪量低。枱上面放有漏斗計時,雞件煮大概5分鐘左右就可以食,肉質果然結實彈牙,肉味濃而且冇多餘嘅脂肪,沾上酸甜開胃嘅醬汁,係海南獨有嘅味道,別有一番滋味。雜菜拼盤有娃娃菜、小白菜同油麥菜,非常新鮮,份量亦算多。好欣賞佢嘅響鈴,除咗特別大件之外,即叫即炸非常香脆,而且好香豆味。另外人少嘅話仲可以揀半份。排骨煲仔飯份量幾足,細份都足夠兩個人食,
