To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天來吃晚飯,在銅鑼灣的百樂潮州酒家。這個位置需算不上是最熱鬧的位置,但也是很好找的。今天點了幾個潮州地道菜式,有滷水鵝片,除了鵝肉滷得很好味也很軟滑。配上滷水豆腐和旦,很豐富美味的。另有點了蝦蟹棗,這個有一點熱氣但也是必吃的。杏汁燉白肺湯,這個湯做的地方不知多不多,但這裡做的色香味俱佳,如有機會來這裡用餐,這個是我的推薦。炒麵線也是很地道,麵線很好吃很Q彈。甜品當然少不了反沙芋。這個做得很乾身,很脆。整體用餐經驗很不錯,是城中其中一間不錯的潮州餐廳。
