莆田系香港少數有得食福建菜既餐廳,佢係好多地方都有分店,仲攞左幾屆米芝蓮推介。本身以為價錢會比較貴,但係驚喜發現原來佢既午市套餐好抵食,一個人食都可以食得好豐富,有前菜有主食仲有湯,仲免加一添!1⃣️莆田午市一位餐($68) 包左三款自選小菜、主食同埋燉湯 👉滷水燉豆腐滷水唔會太鹹 👉水晶豬蹄凍幾精緻,但係食落有少少肥 👉家常燜筍乾 鹹鹹地燜得幾入味 👉興化炒米粉配料都幾豐富,有蝦、豬肉、菜等等,面頭既紫菜係脆脆地既伴埋米粉食幾唔錯☺️米粉炒得好爽,一啲都唔油,唔會好重口味,食落幾香😋 👉玉米蘿蔔排骨燉湯 呢度既燉湯係每日都唔同既。飲落清甜唔油,入面仲有粟米、排骨、蘿蔔,唔洗70蚊仲有燉湯飲都幾正👍 2⃣️莆田午市頭等餐(兩位用)($198) 👉蝦苗伴頭水紫菜好鍾意呢個紫菜🤤紫菜係冷盤黎,加左啲醋調味,酸酸地好開胃,仲有啲蝦米。簡簡單單但係好好食。 👉大白菜燉軟豆腐 大白菜煮得好淋,湯底清甜就咁飲都好唔錯😚豆腐索曬湯汁,軟軟地,食落口好有豆香而且好綿,可以即刻係口到化開既感覺。 👉傳統海蠣煎 蠔餅有好多唔同既做法,有台式、泰式、潮式,福建菜既版本都係第一次食😯薄薄一層蛋皮,面頭鋪
