「陳儀興」以潮式打冷聞名,但原來還有間吃地道粉麵、牛腩很出名。剛好來到秀茂坪附近便去了位於山上在安泰街市的陳儀興牛什粉麵茶餐廳。裝潢一看就是很地道的粉麵店,店面光猛且乾淨企理。午市前時間過來已經很多街坊熟客,不論是堂食還是外賣都人來人往。牆上有食物照片可以參考,問店員推薦也是可以的喔。店員推薦必食的是 崩沙腩 (HKD 125/淨食)崩沙腩是牛腩中最稀有的部位,是牛的橫膈膜。因為很好吃的關係很快會賣光。筋膜帶肉吃落口感軟腍亦頗有嚼勁,肉味非常濃郁。而且這裡的腩汁讓味道更豐富一點,不會很鹹但足夠惹味,還有生菜底。牛什粉麵餐 (HKD 65) 選了牛肚 + 雲吞 + 幼麵。牛肚入口彈牙還很入味,雲吞吃落有大地魚香亦很飽滿,蝦也很鮮味爽彈。麵條沒有鹼水味,吃起來口感扎實得來又有嚼勁。套餐有菜,選了 腐乳通菜。濃郁的腐乳很鹹香惹味,配上爽脆的通菜非常搭。餐飲點了 凍奶茶 (+HKD 8) & 凍檸水 (+HKD 3)。
