To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

印象中2017年開張，經歷左呢幾年世事變遷仍然客似雲來，午餐大排長龍，晚市較靜，收9點。經典菜依舊，新菜品也時有出現我都係最鍾意碗雜麵大大碗，少少面，干拌，多醬料（碗豆、豆泥、肉醬、花生米、青菜）我會order BB辣同走麻（唔食花椒）ABC套餐撿左飲品羅漢果冬瓜茶，不太甜，OK；再加個蒸蛋，雞蛋嫩滑，正中間點綴肉醬和香蔥，賣相不錯，營養更完整好友好食得辣，order左酸辣粉，加辣 BB麻，超大碗，賣相紅卜卜，話都幾好食（not for me）
