To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金百利築地 一間可以有回頭率嘅餐廳金堡中心從1996年起改名金百利廣場，位於銅鑼灣Sogo則的核心地段，樓上的餐廳不單不是天價，有些更是中價接近平民價的餐廳。當中築地日本料理是當晚一位10Kfollowers嘅小網紅帶我第一次去惠顧，餐廳不是很大但坐位幾寬敞。小網紅點咗個廣島蠔金釜飯，我對蠔感情一般，故小網紅剩係畀咗啲飯我試，以我二分法來講，我覺得個飯很好吃。而燒三文魚旗和緣茶冷麵都好食，價錢大眾化，性價比高。相信銅鑼灣係繼希慎B2禾日後，第二間我會回頭嘅日式餐廳。
