To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次約咗客戶中午食商務午餐，午餐選擇非常之多，亦都係我最喜愛嘅半自助餐，自助吧有超過20款食物，大部分沙律同湯非常適合健康嘅人，主菜亦有咖哩薄餅，多達八個套餐可以選擇款式非常多，價錢亦都十分優惠，非常超值。主菜方面今次選擇了這裏最有名的咖哩豬，加哩味非常濃郁，甜鹹適中非常適合送飯，五花腩非常香口，但稍嫌比較肥胖，超過50%係肥豬肉，所以愛減肥的人是不太適合。甜品方面，因為而家做緊活動推廣粉紅甜品非常精美味，值得一試，免費嘅雞蛋仔亦都係必食之選，依家已經成為我既飯堂。
