不止一次大讚大埔街市,樓底高、冷氣夠、食材款式多、價錢公道、通道寬闊,活脫脫係一個商場式街市。而去親大埔市政熟食中心,例必一袋二袋,揪住去樓上小炒檔加工,樓下海鮮款式之多,冠絕全港市政街市,搵唔到理由唔去揀吓。電梯口嗰檔全俾人預訂哂,走咗去比較入嘅呢間「銓仔記」,反而相對清靜冇咁嘈。來料加工計有:中型瀨尿蝦8隻、花甲一斤、膏蟹2隻、扇貝5隻,總收烹調費$300可接受。最好係呢間調味肯減吓鹽,但又不失調味鑊氣,唔駛食到死鹹乸哂脷,每味餸煮得剛剛熟,冇搞到啲海鮮崩壞,幾鍾意蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,好鮮甜;薑蔥炒蟹夠鑊氣惹味,自家嘅小炒皇韮菜花清甜、腰果脆、鮮魷鮮,幾好送飯。
