To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次嚟藍田都唔知食邊間好嘅我左諗右諗,最後揀咗呢間啱啱新開嘅茶泰試下~一入到去對間鋪頭個印象幾好,因為裝修幾有格調。店舖牆身掛咗好多霓虹燈,加上繽紛嘅色彩配搭好有泰國嘅感覺👍🏻我地兩個人叫咗生牛肉冬陰功湯粉,黃咖喱煎蛋飯同炸蝦餅,雞湯蘿蔔兩個小食。四樣嘢當中我得最好食就係炸蝦餅,超級新鮮滾熱辣!外皮好香脆,入面嘅蝦肉亦好彈牙,點埋佢附送嘅酸辣汁真係一流!冬陰公湯粉朋友就覺得味道唔錯,我就覺得一般,味道可以再重手啲唔夠酸唔夠鹹。同埋入面嘅生洋蔥真係好多😂多到懷疑廚房師傅切咗半舊洋蔥落去😂😂餐廳環境幾好,平時下午茶時段同三五知己過嚟食個tea傾吓計應該唔錯☺️
