突然好想食小籠包,喺尖沙咀iSquare見到一間唔係點洗排隊,走左入去坐低試吓先。蟹黃小籠包$48一客有五隻,唔算貴,個皮唔係超級薄不過都OK,最重要係裏面真係有濃濃嘅蟹黃香味,而且個湯汁都好夠多,非常之熱,好容易辣親個口。手撕杏鮑菇$32冇諗過原來係有少少辣嘅冷盤,果汁教得幾好,麻油嘅香味同杏鮑菇好夾,個菇好彈牙,好適合做開胃小菜。紅油醬牛肉$48本身以為係熱嘅,原來都係冷盤嚟嘅,鍾意佢用咗大量嘅蒜蓉同埋花生粒,令到個口感同埋香味都出咗好多,牛肉用咗牛展,口感已經唔錯,個辣度亦都適中。上海肴肉$52份量都算多,鍾意佢切成一片片,沾上醋汁比較容易,味道都有所提升。蟹黃面$138今晚嘅重頭戲一定係呢一個蟹黃面,上嘅時候面同埋蟹黃汁分開,個湯黃金色,好亮麗,裏面除咗有蟹黃,蟹肉,仲有蝦仁,啲蝦仁好彈牙,有好濃嘅蟹黃甘香味道。兩個人食咗$420 。

一客有五隻,唔算貴,個皮唔係超級薄不過都OK,最重要係裏面真係有濃濃嘅蟹黃香味,而且個湯汁都好夠多,非常之熱,好容易辣親個口。
