To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨晚在youtube頻道上看著名食家蔡瀾介紹在尖沙咀的一間韓國菜館看得我食指大動害怕母親節沒位早上11點就到達等開門😊怪不得蔡瀾說這是坐得最舒服的韓國菜館我也有同感座位闊落又明亮我坐的是四人大卡座現在我們兩人坐實在太舒服了空調又足夠很多小鋪由於抽氣系統偏弱進入店鋪就聞到很大的燒烤味這店就沒有此缺點店主是韓國女士操流利廣東話態度熱誠食品款式非常豐富今天我沒有點普通常見的烤肉炒年糕紫菜包飯泡菜鍋等等而是選擇了蔡瀾特別介紹的雜錦牛肉濃湯鍋份量很大足夠四人用內有牛舌牛展牛腩牛根雞髀菇黃芽白配上濃濃的牛清湯一點也不辣軟硬度適中超好味呀兩人吃四人份肯定吃不了最後要打包走呢下次還要再來試一試其他的出品

兩人吃四人份肯定吃不了最後要打包走呢
