To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 美心皇宮在酒樓連鎖店中,算係做得唔錯的一家,起碼環境舒適,坐得舒服,衛生程度可靠,分店大多設於大型屋苑和city hall。防疫時期,都怕人多,所以等人流冇咁多的下午茶時段去嘆吓美心dim sum。大約2點到步可即入坐,人不算多,枱同枱都相隔頗遠,坐得舒服。下午茶時段,小、中、大、頂和特點均有discount。四個人叫咗2個中點、4個大點、1個頂點和一碗燒鵝腩仔雙拼飯。烧鵝皮脆肉香,腩仔偏肥但皮脆,燒味和飯分開上碟,連一條菜芯,整體算唔錯但唔係突出。頂點牛雜最令人失望,碎濕濕,淋淋淋沒有咬口,牛肚偏多但又淋又散,都唔知食乜😐😐😐👎,奉勸各位在酒樓食飯切勿叫牛内臟,又貴又唔好食。陳村粉偏油😐; 腓骨蒸得入味但得幾舊唔夠食。糯米包不過不失,平平無奇,又唔係唔好,總之普通啦😐叫咗推車仔的燒賣,可能賣得耐,面頭都乾晒😐蝦子抽皮中規中矩,冇乜特别,但接近$30的中點又好似貴咗D。鳳爪和其他的酒樓冇乜分别。成個下午茶最好食是流沙奶皇包,夠熱又夠軟,奶皇又正👍如果一大班人傾下計,去酒樓就好,想食好嘢就唔好攪啦!
