To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日本來去另一家酒樓飲茶的, 因沒有開門營業, 最後去了煌苑.我們點了午市$251的套餐, 看似是做優惠, 但和散叫價格也差不了多少. 另外還加了珍珠雞及蒸飯呢!這個迷你南瓜排骨蒸飯是一人份量, 南瓜吃起來像番薯, 小朋友轉眼已清空了!星洲抄米料足火候夠, 不會抄到成個碟底都是油. 如多加咖哩粉會更香, 更野味的!珍珠雞, 山竹牛肉, 鮮竹卷, 蝦腸, 酸菜豬肚的味道都可以, 不過不失.但燒鴨就過熟, 肉質較鞋及韌, 沒有燒鴨香味, 不似新鮮的, 不甚推介.這裡佈置較優雅, 坐得幾舒服, 不會太吵耳!但厠所就好似打完仗咁亂!
