To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情下週末中午的翠亨村,大約5成入座率,坐得舒服。點心選擇其實不太多,每次必點蝦餃,咸水角,芋角,叉燒,燒腩仔,而週末假日先有嘅蝦腸更加吾好錯過!蝦餃皮薄,吾會一夾就甩皮甩骨,內裏蝦肉肥肉筍嘅比例好好,吾錯。叉燒一般,反而碟底嘅黃豆最受歡迎,送飯一流。燒腩仔肥瘦均勻,皮脆,入口時熱辣辣。炸物芋角咸水角新鮮炸起,脆卜卜,點會吾好食呢!總括食物ok,價錢略貴,但今時今日外出飲食,都係揀返d乾淨,坐得舒服,空間感大的地方穩陣。
