放工去尖沙咀揾朋友聚舊,大家都想坐得舒服少少,節奏慢一點,就提議去urban coffee roaster.之前去過銅鑼灣的分店,記得食物和用餐環境不錯。今次尖沙咀店的地理位置一流,港鐵站一出轉過彎就到。環境跟銅鑼灣店的差不多,都是型格路線,呢個帶少少工業風。朋友超愛芝士為主草焗金文畢芝士配多士($108)和烤芝士通心粉。第一次食焗金文畢芝士,口感煙韌軟身,配上外脆內軟的多士,多重口感。烤芝士通心粉($118)就比較香口,兩者感覺大不同。自己比較鐘意香草焗金文畢芝士配多士。怕唔夠飽,決定叫多一個主食,香煎豬鞍配芫荽藜麥沙律和芫荽忌廉汁($198)。豬鞍厚身大塊,中間肉質呈淺粉色,唔會過熟,口感不錯。芫茜味略嫌過淡,但個忌廉汁味道不錯。85% Belize ($50) 朱古力味香濃,只是帶少少甜,超愛這杯。另一杯是iced mocha.
