To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於到大年初一，辛苦咗成年；出咗花紅，梗係益下自己去旅行輕鬆下。由於坐廉航，吾包餐嘅關係，所以上機前要先食飽飽。大年初一，梗係要食返隻雞賀賀佢，祝賀自己，家人同老友今年都行運一條龍。入閘前我同老友都叫咗叉雞飯，佢叫油雞我叫切雞。大家都減肥，所以例牌叫左個齋啡。呢間canteen 應該係隸屬美心集團；機場黎講，性價比算OK。其實canteen係機場黎講，水準算中等以上，性價比ok。大年初一中午，好多野都售罄。穩陣D就叫左燒味；今日既水準就一般啦，大時大節吾可以要求太高，大家最緊要互相體諒，和氣生財！
