Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友周圍去,去到坑口搵野食,搵下搵下就去到坑口村。見到好多人係度食飯,一枱一個煱,好多人都食緊羊腩煲,不過我地就無叫火煱,我地叫佐小菜。我地叫佐碟千層咕嚕肉同埋一碟蝦醬炒通菜。個碟千層咕嚕肉好夠味,我覺得醋味多佐少少,但佢比到驚喜我地。佢既咕嚕係真係千層ga,佢用半肥瘦豬肉卷埋,跟住先再炸。平時食既咕嚕肉都係淨豬肉,但呢個唔同,一層一層可以拉出黎,好有層次,要比個讚佢地,粒粒都好有心機整。仲有,佢地既啤酒小姐會記得我地係渣車黎,佢見有人黎炒牌,佢會特登黎同我地講,好多謝佢咁細心既照顧。
