To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有朋友同我講話三記啲嘢好好食,今日去咗一個朋友屋企打麻雀佢住黃大仙嘅,所以順道去三記一試,一去到三記雖然喺星期一但已經非常多人,好彩唔使好耐就有位,今日叫佐個鹵水鵝片,真係好正,又叫左個潮州春才煲好好味送飯一流,啲伙記介紹潮式凍魚黄花,初初睇見條魚個樣唔喺咁敢食,經伙記强烈介紹下終於一試.嘩原來真係好好食,真係唔知佢地係點做嘅,重有一個墨魚餅都好好味,埋單ニ百蚊到真抵食,果真名不虛全
