To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間開業不到一年的人氣咖啡店是促使我來坪洲的主因，在網上看到小島小店，知道人氣甚高，一如所料，平日來到仍要排隊，幸好預早訂了位，來到不用等候。環境小白屋外舖了草地設戶外座位，還貼心的有大太陽傘，想起歐洲呢!店內也是乾淨的白色，地上是舊式地磚，不知是原有的還是參照舊時港式地磚來翻新。店內用了木桌，也有靠窗跟bar枱的高椅高枱。店舖不大，但努力營造了點點空間感。店主超忙，但仍然很有禮，對於餐點的問題也很耐心回答，照顧周到。食物店小但食物跟飲料選擇卻不少。輕食似乎很吸引，不過來這裏是吃午餐，所以點了個白汁野菌千層意粉跟醬烤鴨胸7吋手工薄餅。價錢不貴，原本沒什麼期望，上桌卻發現賣相漂亮跟味道也很讚，而且兩道菜都很慷慨地加了滿滿的芝士，是兩道菜都有拉絲效果！芝士控表示大加分呢！另外點了杯拿鐵，友人點了杯倫敦之霧，拿鐵不錯，兩杯都各附上一小片蛋白脆餅，質感提升，又是一個加分位。整體來說這是一間值得一來的咖啡店。

店小但食物跟飲料選擇卻不少。輕食似乎很吸引，不過來這裏是吃午餐，所以點了個白汁野菌千層意粉跟醬烤鴨胸7吋手工薄餅。
價錢不貴，原本沒什麼期望，上桌卻發現賣相漂亮跟味道也很讚，而且兩道菜都很慷慨地加了滿滿的芝士，是兩道菜都有拉絲效果！芝士控表示大加分呢！
另外點了杯拿鐵，友人點了杯倫敦之霧，拿鐵不錯，兩杯都各附上一小片蛋白脆餅，質感提升，又是一個加分位。整體來說這是一間值得一來的咖啡店。
