Restaurant: The Edible Projects (T.E.P.)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次拜金花娘娘後,行咗去呢間Cafe,見到餐牌幾吸引便座下。坐低之後叫咗兩件蛋糕,巴斯克焦香芝士蛋糕,有濃濃嘅雲呢拿味,朋友以為有香蕉,原來睇錯,係『焦香』先啱!笑死😆!而朱古力米蘇凍餅,係有Oreo 嘅,濃濃滑滑嘅朱古力味,好食😋。飲品係一杯凍嘅柚子咖啡梳打,好特別,柚子味同咖啡好夾,值得一試😋。至於紅石榴多多沙冰,就唔夠紅石榴味,亦唔夠益力多味,兩邊嘅味道都唔突出,好平淡咁,可能係沙冰🍧太多!我建議放30ml 紅石榴汁在杯底,效果可能好啲!Cafe有室內同室外,我哋怕熱所以坐室內,啲凳就一般啦,好斜,俟唔倒架,可能香港人生活太緊張,唔習慣座呢啲沙灘椅咁樣嘅櫈。

飲品係一杯凍嘅柚子咖啡梳打,好特別,柚子味同咖啡好夾,值得一試😋。至於紅石榴多多沙冰,就唔夠紅石榴味,亦唔夠益力多味,兩邊嘅味道都唔突出,好平淡咁,可能係沙冰🍧太多!我建議放30ml 紅石榴汁在杯底,效果可能好啲!

Cafe有室內同室外,我哋怕熱所以坐室內,啲凳就一般啦,好斜,俟唔倒架,可能香港人生活太緊張,唔習慣座呢啲沙灘椅咁樣嘅櫈。
