To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

未食過咁難食野韓國野平時都冇乜會打食評，但呢間野真係不得了，性價比直頭係零！野食除咗鹹味，就係得鹹味。海鮮豆腐湯：得一隻青口、一粒魷魚鬚同少少碎晒既豆腐，配埋有辣味好鹹既水。如果要加飯就要加多12蚊。迷你部隊鍋：配料多過豆腐湯少少，有兩舊豆腐、兩片午餐肉、4粒腸、少少金菇，但係冇麵。我見識少，原來有部隊鍋係冇麵。最西利係，問清楚個店員係唔係冇麵，個回應竟然係：「係咁架啦」就走咗去。太難食，相都冇影就走咗。大伏，冇下次！
