To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間餐廳睇食評諗住ok打算試吓，點知第一次打電話book位，就已經要投訴😱😱😱個女職員同我講佢呢度係酒店總機，問我想book邊間餐廳，期下有5間，咁我就話唔識讀你等一下我睇下先，諗住串個英文佢聽。點知我果到開個電話黎睇，佢就係背後同第二個講野笑我，話我唔知佢果度5間餐廳呀，佢唔知俾我反應我呀，好老實講我第一次book我真係唔知lol😅我唔明有咩咁好笑，衰在笑仲要俾我聽到…可能係我錯😂😂😂😂或者呢啲先係正確既服務態度🫣🤫大家小心！！
