To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 越做越差的分店,復活之前和朋友在這裏吃飯,點了298海鮮任吃的套餐。但居然沒有八寸長蟹柳,原本海鮮任吃有鮑魚提供,現在卻變了海螺和八爪魚,這個落差實在太大。問服務員為什麼沒有了八寸長蟹柳,他們居然說因為中午的時候賣光了所以沒有貨。這藉口真的是大話連篇哦,我曾經中午的時候去過他們說中午是不提供八寸長蟹柳的。可見價錢依舊,但食物質量卻下降了,最貴的兩種食物都不提供。而飲品也缺少了冷泡茶這特色飲品實在讓我非常生氣。不過食物還是有質素,無論扇貝鳳尾蝦青口海螺八爪 都是非常新鮮而且無限添加,而且下單後食物也很快端出來。另外牛舌和牛小排也很嫩滑,再加上甜品有奧利奧冰條和雀巢大腳八,整體還是非常划算的,祇不過服務實在有待改善。
