To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次來金鐘名都酒樓,完全沒想到是如此垃圾,由環境佈置、食物水準、侍應態度和衛生情況均是極差,一入酒樓店員完全沒有笑容亦沒有任何招呼,到我坐下來已經發現大部分餐具碗筷都有污漬衛生情況十分惡劣,當我朋友只是向侍應索取菜單及調味料時大部分侍應均沒有理會,最後甚至叫我們自行索取。到我們落單侍應仍是黑口黑面毫無禮貌食物水準完全是水準以下,每一籠點心、小菜和粉麵沒有任何一樣合格。燒賣、蝦餃  水角不是皮太厚就是淡而無味,乳豬是冰冷的,菜肉包有異味,燻碲不香口,煎蠔餅可以有三吋厚、水和面粉明顯過量。紅酒明顯是超市便宜貨但提高了2至3倍價錢出售。這樣的酒樓食肆完全是香港飲食業的污點
