To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

琴日收工同老婆去食個牛腩河， 入到坐低 啲阿姐態度好似爭佢錢咁 黑面， 諗住食嘢啫 冇理咁多嗌咗兩個牛腩可試下 價錢差唔多六十蚊一碗， 跟住兩個牛腩河嚟到 未見過啲牛腩 可以咁垃圾 完全唔係牛腩嚟嘅， 好似喺垃圾桶執兩塊豬皮咁， 於是問呀姐我問佢係咪牛腩河粉佢話係， 見到個樣已經唔想食 畀錢走人 出去食嘢未試過有咁嘅經歷
