To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間垃圾餐廳。首先,佢成餐連杯水都無,態度仲要差到一個點,好似客人得罪佢咁,大佬咁唔想serve人,不如執左間餐廳啦。一人餐份量可以保證係一定唔飽,份量少又要放大大隻碟,再加勁多平食材,整到好似好大碟咁。舉個例子,幾粒牛配大量芽菜。一份清酒煮蜆,雖然係一人份,但係點解佢咁勇敢,可以只係俾兩粒蜆個客。講下佢既壽司同刺身,咁既價錢,爭鮮咁既水準。d吞拿魚勁唔紅。個鐵板燒調味偏咸,食唔出海鮮嘅鮮味。咁樣夾埋兩個人食,每人500幾蚊,大家真係夠膽可以入去試下。
