To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 集團式嘅餐廳,食物質素點解可以咁大分別之前食過呢間嘅早餐已經覺得好難食俾多次機會試下晚餐啦無諗過真係俾垃圾我叫鐵板餐,上菜塊板可以係唔熱嘅,舊西蘭花都係凍嘅跟餐有湯,但個湯連1/3份量都無問佢係咪正常份量,先話唔夠無哂,超過份落單或出餐前唔講食物唔夠,就咁擺低要個客硬食雜扒餐,賣相勁差,好似人地食剩咁,得一塊切到散嘅炸雞扒,一條雞肉腸,一隻炸雞翼連餐牌寫嘅四季豆都無$80,份量少都算,全部都係雞,叫乜野雜扒呀?而且都係炸嘅,咁又要塊鐵板黎做咩!唔明點解咁多人仲盲中中去排隊食可能全店食得過嘅只係個預先整好嘅包
