To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日嚟飲早茶，人又唔多，招呼冇乜。 同時段美心嗰啲大排長龍，原來事出必有因。食物選擇少，價錢唔算平。碟腸粉送到嚟凍嘅，感覺好似擺咗一晚。 油炸鬼食落口淡淡都係油。 鹹水角 入面冇料，兼且又係凍嘅。 蘿蔔糕全部都係粉，一夾即散。 皮蛋瘦肉粥品既唔到皮蛋，亦搵唔到瘦肉。 點心嘅嘢，一件兩件失手都係閑事。由頭衰到落尾，真係未試過。食物同服務以外，環境亦唔衛生， 啲碗碗碟碟拎上手全部有一層油喺面， 地面冇人打掃，廁所濕嘅。咁嘅酒樓，你去埋我份啦。
