To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一開始等飛,嗌飛的侍應不斷只嗌3-4人枱,嗌咗6-7張,先至見到有個senior叫佢嗌吓2人飛,等咗好耐,都算了。嗌完嘢食仲嬲,我等咗20分鐘,我問下係咪漏咗單,佢話假期人多,好啦,算~我就再等。去到35分鐘已經好離譜,追第2次都耍我話好快有,但隔離遲過我嚟啲食物已經齊哂,追到第三次,結果足足等咗40分鐘個意粉先至嚟,最後個年糕仲要50分鐘先至到。個年糕已經唔係好味仲要燶燶地。如果唔係同老人家一齊,我一早走咗,未試過食飯食到咁嬲咁火滾!
