To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 完全唔明白點解依家啲所謂嘅餐廳 會有好評 八個人上嚟呢度食飯 其中有四個都叫咗午餐 香蒜大蝦意粉 第一個意粉上黎嘅時候 已經同侍應溝通 個意粉完全冇味 同滾水淥出嚟冇分別 個侍應就話要同個經理溝通一下 如是者第二個意粉上仍舊是完全沒有味道 再同個侍應溝通 個侍應回覆話廚房唔夠人 最後我叫佢俾咗個燒汁我撈左個意粉嚟食 個侍應就九唔搭八 你廚房唔夠人就要俾啲咁嘅質素嘅食物客人 話就話同個經理溝通 溝通完仍舊俾返啲咁樣嘅嘢客人 咁溝通嚟做乜 廚房唔夠人不如唔好開啦 而唔係退而求其次囉 即係叫我哋硬食嗎 對呢間餐廳嘅體驗真係勁差 完全唔明白啲好評係點樣嚟嘅 食物質素 服務態度 都係差到不堪 環境方面尚算可以接受 希望大家去之前諗一諗 或者問一問佢今日廚房夠唔夠人 留意番呢間餐廳價錢唔係特別平㗎 午餐為到人頭一$80一位
