To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

湯低無味，米線勁硬，叫牛肉得牛碎係食過最差嘅譚仔本身叫咗三餸（豬膶，墨丸，牛肉），湖辣，三小土匪雞翼，凍檸茶一咬落啲米線到勁硬，懷疑未熟。再飲啖湯，無味，仲有陣淡淡嘅苦味牛肉唔可以話無，不過得啲碎土匪雞翼都有啲唔正常，得外面皮有味，入面啲肉係無味，懷疑啤水啤到咁最後食咗兩啖，成碗麵擺度走咗，凍檸茶都無飲
