銅鑼灣V point 可以說是高級美食集中地,今天我地就來到V point底樓的日喜樓食飯,餐廳走型格中菜風,室內設計時尚典雅,顯得很高檔。環境舒適清潔,侍應很熱情友善,主動介紹推薦菜式。我地叫來兩杯鮮榨西瓜汁,清涼解暑,簡直系夏日福音。點左份五香薰魚,熱辣辣口感好特別,晤同出面d冷盤,呢道薰魚既肉質比較厚實,口感棉密確不硬,醬汁入味,略帶酒香,淡出桂皮茴香的味道。呈醬紅褐色,油亮亮的,色香味俱全!黑松露野菌炒飯,份量滿足,遠遠就聞到黑松露的香味,米飯爽口,伴隨野菌同蛋白,香氣逼人,非常好食!宮煲蝦球,有少少辣,因為佢系酸酸甜甜的辣,我呢d晤食得太辣既人也好鐘意食!超級開胃的味道,薄薄的有一層炸粉包著,咬開炸粉的蝦球依舊大大粒,用料上等,有誠意。原條酸菜桂魚,師傅已經將桂魚起晒骨。一片片魚肉相當嫩滑細膩,酸酸辣辣,恰到好處!闊條薯粉口感好Q彈,吸收湯汁非常夠味!同醃酸菜,蘿蔔一齊食簡直係絕配。
