To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Brick lane 放工今日相約友人一試這個餐廳，中環返工去金鐘不太遠，不過金鐘不太熟路，初時感覺這間餐廳不太好找呢～但其實很方便，在D出口下車行過去對面一上天橋幾分鐘就去到了，明明朋友比我早到金鐘但係遲過我到呢～中信大廈相信中午這間餐廳很多人，因為樓上是寫字樓，四周都是寫字樓，夜晚比較靜，適合傾下歇小酌幾杯。侍應好有禮貌帶位，一坐底個menu design 我勁鐘意，因為我玩開皮革，佢個menu 係皮封套勁型格，而餐廳裝潢亦走型格路線，大愛。打開menu 都幾多嘢揀，有Benedict,salad, pan cake, main course ，all day breakfast 都有幾款。佢都有set dinner,不過兩個人叫兩個set dinner好似太多，老了夜晚唔想食咁多，咁就散叫。分別叫左個燒北海道帶子沙律、龍蝦湯、rib eye。燒北海道帶子沙律好味，大家不防一試，新鮮，帶子燒外有少少燶內裡嫰滑龍蝦湯都ok, 有個麵包可以伴湯食，麵包索左啲湯格外好味食到衣度朋友驚唔飽叫多個三文魚Benedict。咁rib eye 來先，medium rare,本人茹毛飲血，所以再生少
