再次黎到中環呢度食飯,最鍾意環境舒服,不過發現餐廳多左好多客人~ 同埋今次室外區嘅DJ都好正~ 同班朋友食得好有feel~- 炭燒鰻魚上菜時會即場用竹炭燒香鰻魚外皮,香氣即時撲鼻而來。而燒過嘅外皮顯得格外酥脆。大大塊嘅鰻魚鮮嫩彈牙,最開心就係完全無骨嘅口感,絕對是必點之選!- 炸A4和牛三明治竹炭三明治夾著炸至金黃外皮嘅A4厚切和牛,每一口都充滿油脂,嫩滑口感,入口即溶,非常滿足- 赤貝 (前菜)用赤貝肉醃製,配搭微微辣嘅自家製醬汁。入面再包住爽口嘅蘆筍,口感鮮甜清新- 萵苣絲沙律以三文魚子搭配萵苣絲的沙律。萵苣絲如麵條般細長,口感獨特而且特別清爽- 焦糖南瓜南瓜煮到非常柔軟,外面用大量焦糖和肉桂炸至表面酥脆,口感香脆甜美,令人驚喜- 甜品最後,我哋揀左兩款甜品 - 芝士蛋糕同紅豆糯米糍。兩個都唔太甜,幾好味- Cocktail點左 AOAO Sangria 同Mary Loves Travel。 好啱飲

- 炭燒鰻魚
上菜時會即場用竹炭燒香鰻魚外皮,香氣即時撲鼻而來。而燒過嘅外皮顯得格外酥脆。大大塊嘅鰻魚鮮嫩彈牙,最開心就係完全無骨嘅口感,絕對是必點之選!
