久違地來了中環位於萬年大廈頂層的 AOAO吃晚餐﹐因為處於頂樓有個戶外的場,還有DJ打歌,氣氛非常好,最近這種秋天天氣非常適合放工來喝一杯!除了喝酒外,同時也有不少普通的日本菜, 一來就有兩個日本的小菜,一個是醬汁煮牛蒡,另一個應該是蒜頭來的。我們點了一個萵筍絲沙律,有點像是以萵筍絲扮作冷面,下面的湯汁是冷面汁,上頭還有一些蘿蔔蓉、木魚及鮭魚子。還有點了一個赤貝蘆筍卷,赤貝是醃過的,跟萵筍絲沙律配搭一起吃很不錯。主菜部分亦是為什麼會來這間餐廳的是想要吃這個和牛三文治!看上去份量很少,但吃下去不然。和牛是medium rare半熟的,不知道是炸衣調了味還是炸衣跟麵包中間加了少許醬,調味非常好,令麵包也有一種牛油香。我相信這間餐廳的炸物都很不錯,下次可以試一下其他炸豬扒或天婦羅。另外一個比較印象深刻的是焦糖南瓜,每件南瓜都是切碎成一小粒,有點像拔絲地瓜那種,每一粒外圍都是有一層焦糖脆脆硬硬的,加上南瓜粉粉的,很特別,挺不錯!感覺這個做法可以換到不少食材也會好吃!還有炭燒鰻魚也很特別,鰻魚是一整塊沒有切開的,上菜後會有員工把燒熱了的炭拿過來放在魚皮上,把魚皮燒得更有炭香!第一次看到這樣的上菜

另外一個比較印象深刻的是焦糖南瓜,每件南瓜都是切碎成一小粒,有點像拔絲地瓜那種,每一粒外圍都是有一層焦糖脆脆硬硬的,加上南瓜粉粉的,很特別,挺不錯!感覺這個做法可以換到不少食材也會好吃!

還有炭燒鰻魚也很特別,鰻魚是一整塊沒有切開的,上菜後會有員工把燒熱了的炭拿過來放在魚皮上,把魚皮燒得更有炭香!第一次看到這樣的上菜方法,是 真正的炭燒,很香口。就算不配搭檸檬也不會覺得腥。

配搭這些美味的主菜 以及如此好氣氛,我們各自點了一杯酒, 我試了他們signature的sangria, 是香檳做底的,比我想像中大杯很多,以中環飲酒的價錢來說很化算!朋友則點了一杯以sake為主的Blooming Beauty, 白色的部分吃下去有一種乳酸的感覺,挺特別的,適合女士,很容易入口!

最後以紅豆大福以及芝士蛋糕作結,又是滿足的一餐!整體以中環這種露天酒吧餐廳來說,食物選擇算多,質素也不錯,特別是氣氛很好!一晚上已經另外有兩桌都是來慶祝生日的,員工會非常識搞氣氛,會帶唱生日歌兩次,而且點整支酒的話,看到有些人是可以插上噴煙花那種開酒,非常適合打卡慶生。

味道咁高質嘅酒吧餐廳算坊間少見,環境氣氛都咁chill,都記得要去朝聖啦,咁先至夠in 㗎嘛!

前菜
前菜有兩款日式小食,蒜頭鑊醬汁牛蒡,兩款小食都係用醋來醃製,食落酸酸甜甜好開胃,.係最佳的前菜。

飲品
AOAO Sangria大大杯上桌好搶眼,杯頂有隻衣夾夾住一棵綠色小植物,杯內有紅莓,藍莓,香橙華香檳,酒味不太濃,入口冰涼清新。

用西班牙伊比利亞黑毛豬炸到金黃色,厚切,炸醬不太厚,不肥膩,食落外邊香脆內裏嫩滑多汁,再點埋梅子乳酪醬更惹味可口。

蟹肉蔥絲烏冬
新鮮蟹肉與蔥絲份量都不少,醬汁味濃郁,食時將生雞蛋撈勻烏冬更嫩滑,每条烏冬都沾滿蟹肉醬汁,食落彈牙美味。

甜品
紅豆大福有三件,色澤粉紅,微甜,入口軟腍有口感。
芝士蛋糕,微甜,芝士味濃,食得好滿足。
