「自家醃製三文魚」三文魚魚脂相間,
充滿光澤而具魚鮮,拌黑魚子同吃,多了一份咸鮮;
如把其厚切或捲成卷狀,相信口感更好!

經典美食「芝士焗波士頓龍蝦」
龍蝦肉爽彈無比,醬汁滑膩濃稠,卻沒有搶去龍蝦本身的鮮甜,很邪惡!嘿...

黑豚扒若弄得不好,隨時又乾又柴!
這里的「英國巴克夏黑豚扒」以香料先醃製過,處理時間剛好,
吃時仍肉汁豐盈,油香滿潟,
另附微酸蘋果蓉,可中和一下油膩感呢!

「意式燴小牛頰肉」面層以酥皮作蓋子,保持溫度;
小牛頰肉煮得鬆化,浸滿醬汁,入味!
酥皮上還放了一小塊牛骨髓,甘香滿瀉,畫龍點睛!是KsMeow當日最喜歡的一道菜!





「內布拉斯加63日熟成帶骨肉眼扒」
熟成的帶骨肉眼扒油份較一般牛扒低,肉嫩而肉味濃,特別是近骨位置;
吃時,炭燒香味湧出,如附上海鹽,感覺更捧!

「烤海鮮」看外表已感霸氣!
當中有藍青口、帶子、鱸魚、龍蝦及西班牙紅蝦,大部份外殼已脫,超方便我這懶人!

印象較深是藍青口及帶子,
前者肉質飽滿鮮甜,後者肉厚又煎得剛好,大大一碟烤海鮮,
幾個朋友可以開心Share!





炸薯條加上岩鹽、迷迭香及Old Bay調味粉,綠葉頓時變成主角!
溫度夠且香脆,調味充份,吃來相當惹味!
蘸上吃畢藍青口剩下的醬汁,
更覺滋味!

翠綠蒸蘆筍全無油份,嫩口不帶渣;
旁邊的荷蘭醬味道卻調得有點淡,還是單吃蒸蘆筍會較合我意!

蒜香牛油炒蘑菇吃來清爽,不算太多油份,
菌類不少,感覺不會太單一!

「Rum酒忌廉香蕉杯配牛奶糖醬及椰子雪葩」
前者以一個頗大的玻璃器皿盛著,濕潤質感有點像提拉米蘇般,
里面有很豐富的香蕉加上牛奶糖醬,
味道雖甜,但不死甜!

「朱古力梳乎里」絕對不是相機的好朋友,拍了一會就倒塌下來,
還是要趁熱吃!(笑)
味道極濃郁,感覺就像朱古力奶般濃香!
梳乎里軟綿綿,入口即化!
絕不簡單!

實在幸福的一天,能夠在型格餐廳開飯同時,
還認識到新食友,美滿!
