To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在香港仍然有非常熱鬧的中式餐廳!這間小店非常爆場,平日晚上座無虛席我服務也是不錯,難怪那麼多客人金豪和味雞(半隻) 188.00跟客家鹹雞有點像,入口非常嫩滑,而且半隻的體積不細,非常好下飯白灼鮮牛頸肉198.00基本上就是把平日用來火鍋用的牛頸脊焯熟上桌,口感非常軟滑,簡單沾一些豉油已經非常好吃惹味炒蟶子188.00有兩隻大蟶子,一口咬下去非常彈牙,肉質厚實,再加上三色椒🫑跟鹹菜,微量的辛辣和芡汁,不錯上湯浸菜苗88.00沒想到用上豆苗,是矜貴的菜款呢龍躉兩味328.00清蒸斑頭腩(例)頭腩的外皮煙韌又不會太硬,入口像靚花膠般,肉質也是稔軟,值得一試!翡翠炒球(例)少見到炒球會有那麼香,而且這份斑入口即化,加上一些具有口感的西芹跟黑木耳,比想像更好吃
