之前黎九龍城多數都係食泰國嘢或者火鍋, 較為小食中式,今次見到城寨出面有個烤爐烤乳豬同埋燒鵝,想試一試。酸蘿蔔小食,酸酸地幾好味。叫咗兩個燉湯,一個係燉花膠、一個係燉海參,兩個都好膠質, 由於放咗喺石頭鍋裏面,熱辣辣,湯裏面都有一條青菜。炸龍躉骨腩, 香口不過肉唔算多,味道都可以。清炒銀牙,清清地,可以清下其他比較濃味嘅餸菜。見到店鋪門口嗰大燒爐,梗係要試下燒鵝啦,叫咗個例牌燒鵝,鵝肶好好用,小小肥。另外,燒鵝上面淋咗啲燒鵝汁,味道比較濃。
