Salisterra居高49/F，加上餐廳的人不多，在金鐘鬧市，卻有偷閒的感覺。今期係Salisterra x 倫敦Cafe Hotel Royal的下午茶。三層架之前首先來個 raspberry sorbet 來清清口，之後來個truffle puff 。熱茶選了果茶 very burry fruit, 還配上蜜糖！另外，也點選雞尾酒，酒味不濃，很好！三層架有4款三文治，包括雞、牛、三文魚及蛋，每款味道都很好。三文治後送上鬆餅，分別係提子及原味。鬆餅大少比一般迷仔，但吃完整個三層架真的很飽，所以鬆餅迷仔一些更好。
