多謝我啲同事成日帶我出去食晏,我食晏嘅範圍已經擴展到太子😆唔再留係九龍城、旺角同啟德。今日去試一間cafe,聽聞平時都要排隊等位。好幸運地我哋坐到最後一張四人枱,喺我哋後面嘅食客都要排隊啦。Bacon and Smoked Salmon Benedict ($85)煙肉三文魚班尼迪蛋睇落好似好辣,撒咗好多辣椒粉,但係食落無辣味。個蛋煮得唔錯,個荷蘭汁調味都恰到好處。但個包烘得太乾身,中間還好,個麵包邊好硬,煙肉都稍為偏硬。食到一半只好放棄煙肉,麵包都只係食中間較為軟身部份。Pulled Pork Benedict ($89)手撕豬肉班尼迪蛋哩個sourdough無烘得咁乾身,加上手撕豬肉本身偏多醬汁,食落比起煙肉三文魚班尼迪蛋無咁辛苦😅,口感比較夾。豬肉絲中間夾咗啲青蘋果絲,令個手撕豬肉清爽啲,無咁膩。Creamy Portabello Mushroom ($95)松露油忌廉大啡菇貓耳朵個意粉好香,職員一放低就已經聞到好香松露味。貓耳朵煮得口感好好,有咬口,而且啲粉好入味。忌廉汁唔係好膩,意粉上面撒咗松子仁,好好味。只要喺餐牌上揀任何一款沙律、早午餐、意粉或意大利飯,都會送餐湯或者指定

哩個sourdough無烘得咁乾身,加上手撕豬肉本身偏多醬汁,食落比起煙肉三文魚班尼迪蛋無咁辛苦😅,口感比較夾。
豬肉絲中間夾咗啲青蘋果絲,令個手撕豬肉清爽啲,無咁膩。

只要喺餐牌上揀任何一款沙律、早午餐、意粉或意大利飯,都會送餐湯或者指定飲品,好抵食。
推薦大家嚟試下,如果係lunch hour,記得要預埋排隊時間‼️
