琴晚戰鬥到朝早五點,生啤白酒再清酒,訓醒三點半的早餐,心血潮煮煲蒜子臘味蒸飯贈朋友們,食飽飽速速去買料啊!最終都係懶得專程出旺角操拳,肥埋今個月先!飯局馬拉松仲有六日。望望餐牌,我唔要食炸雞脾,脾臟好食架咩?其實我都未食過雞脾,如果係炸雞髀的話一定要試試。西冷煎牛扒?用西冷方法煎牛扒到底係點架?還是師傅英文名叫做 sirloin 呢?沙爺牛肉飽?阿爺見到牛肉就會飽?义燒公仔麵?義燒?殘體字?睇餐牌睇到我好亂呀!城記分三家,餐廳、飯店、魚蛋王。熱奶茶,味道一般不夠幼滑不夠茶香。凍檸樂,回魂曲!好很醉好很醉,要隊罐檸樂解解酒。煎豬扒,索價$19 蚊塊都幾貴喎!有誠意地煎出來,沒有偷雞取考出炸豬扒,值得一讚!淋上微甜照燒汁撞上咸香豬扒也不錯,外層煎得金黃焦香,連骨豬扒肉味特別香濃,肉質鮮嫩彈滑,雖然邊位略肥,原汁原味最緊要,熱辣辣好味道。宿醉一筆清!其實碗麵只係等左 15 分鐘,但感覺似等左半粒鐘。雖然嬸嬸話多單所以特別耐,不過明顯係漏單,遲過我黎既食客都清完碗沙嗲牛肉麵埋單走喇!我無奈地上火了,好采我脾氣好,只埋怨兩句!火腿太陽蛋香辣肉丁出前一丁,火腿太陽蛋最早到步已攤到凍冰冰,唯有掉落滾

火腿太陽蛋香辣肉丁出前一丁,火腿太陽蛋最早到步已攤到凍冰冰,唯有掉落滾湯暖一暖吧!浸暖了的太陽蛋及煎火腿當然好味道。香辣肉丁都好多粒,無孤寒無欺場,瘦肉鬆化。麵質有少少粉,差少少就唔合格。辣椒油堅辣,強辣惹味出晒汗!香辣湯汁擁著麵條跟肉丁掃入口還是滿足的,食飽飽怨氣全消,已忘記剛才的事了!
黑椒汁火腿煎蛋牛扒,火腿煎過熱熱的香香的好味道的。煎蛋技術高超,煉成荷包蛋整隻塞入口爆開﹗暖暖黃汁激射,蛋白微微焦香,非常高質!即煎牛扒滾熱辣掛上甜甜惹味黑椒汁,醒腦醒神醃味吸引,牛味濃濃帶淡淡然的肉汁,質地稍為韌左少少,整體滿意達標。
出前一丁麻油麵,價值 $16 蚊淨出前一丁,高價一定好食到不得了啦!特別地即叫即煮要等耐一點,估唔到超高質喎,深啡色濃濃湯底,麵跟湯一齊煮,麵條爽滑吸盡湯汁格外甜美,淨麵都好好食!難得新黎神州阿姐耐心地幫我寫單,最初都聽唔明我想食咩,最後都解決得到。我想歐陸餐火腿煎蛋牛扒加出前一丁,竟然要當係散叫個淨麵,我無奈地接受,最緊要好食,紅磡食開幾間茶記都只係套餐加多 $5 蚊乍。
太陽蛋豬扒出前一丁,勁鬆豬扒腍腍滑潺潺極討厭,醃味濃濁!生菜鮮甜爽嫩,可舒緩一下。丁麵掛蛋黃天作之合,辣椒油可以放埋一邊。真係煮得非常出色,即時生煮慢工出細貨,爽彈滑吸盡湯汁程淺啡,啖啖充滿湯汁甜美。腸仔煎蛋出前一丁,生煮一丁超爽超好味,湯汁濃郁無敵,城記煮麵特上高水平。高檔靚腸仔,實淨甜美還有熱狗腸味道,不咸不濁無怪味。熱辣辣新鮮出爐焦香煎蛋,流心半熟掛麵齊嘆或獨立處理都同樣開心美麗,鮮牛味道非凡,不是醃死的牛肉片,沙嗲清爽得宜,食得到天然牛味同時散發沙嗲香氣,非常得得得。
太陽蛋雞扒出前一丁,特上煎雞扒肥美多汁多水,醃味絕好提神醒腦。早前幾次都給我高質爽彈生煮丁麵,何解依碗係發脹滾水味攤腍丁麵我呢?極度難食!
火腿奄列,驚見煎蛋皮,蛋皮捲火腿絲,高溫製造的過熟蛋皮起晒豆皮兼油淋淋,賣相未能增進食慾,十足成塊厚毛巾撻係隻碟度,完全無想夾起咬啖的意慾。蛋還蛋,腿還腿,各自修行,沒怎麼交流過,老蛋鞋鞋,腿絲咸濕,免免強強入到口。
太陽蛋雪菜肉絲出前一丁,最初點叉燒,可能太晏已經賣晒,無緊要是但雪菜肉絲。嬸嬸話個套餐有火腿奄列,那我多叫隻太陽蛋都無緊要既。肉絲也不少,罕見難得。雪菜味道清新爽爽的,咸香得宜混著軟綿肉絲蠻醒胃的。新鮮生煮出前一丁真好﹗生猛有活力,激彈滑溜溜,不粉不水不腍劈劈,吸引靚湯味道甜美不陰沉不死屍,整個人精神百倍!拖著大量蛋漿更是無懈可擊,黏滑並重,蛋味濃濃甘香,啜得死去活來的愉快。連我最愛既辣椒油都唔想落,原汁原味更加美妙!
煙鴨胸照燒汁撈出前一丁,爽彈嫩滑微暖出前一丁散發麵香,照燒汁混胡麻醬酸酸甜甜黏黏濕濕,滑潺潺地啜入開胃醒腦。即食煙鴨胸叮得不夠時間,兩片微暖還可以,兩舊厚厚鴨胸頭外暖外冷,皮脆肉彈,鴨皮爆油,咬得滿嘴油淋淋不舒服。
煎雙蛋豬扒出前一丁,我要煎豬扒唔係炸豬排,炸到乾爭爭鞋烚烚,豬肉乾一樣!一望就知湯底水還水湯還湯都未融合,淡而無味白烚麵撈湯粉,麵還麵湯還湯,麵條無味道,失敗!
炸雞髀,隻雞髀重傷不停流血,止止血先好嗎?雞皮薄薄非常香脆油光立立令。炸得剛剛熟,白肉極嫩滑滑,醃味濃郁醇美,只係邊咬邊滴血水有點噁心,唯有一路食一路抹乾淨血水。不知是否心理作用,硬覺得有少少血腥味道。
煎雙蛋豬扒出前一丁,煎雙蛋食完碗麵食埋隻雞髀先到,唔催都唔到!後生仔侍應仲將我份蛋比隔離個阿婆,激死我!阿婆食緊魚蛋粉架,雖然見我無晒野食,咪就係欠煎雙蛋囉。炸雞中翼,溫油翻炸翼油淋淋,內外兼油,雖然白肉滑滑醃味清淡。
餐肉榨菜肉絲即食麵,罕見有辣油的爽脆榨菜,幾條肉絲腍劈劈,鬆軟肥美靚餐肉,彈牙清爽靚麵條。火腿奄列餐肉榨菜肉絲即食麵,火腿奄列微暖融合,滑滑有蛋汁。
午餐肉煎蛋鮮牛通心粉,煎蛋有點熟蛋汁幾乎全凝固,餐肉油潤滲著肉汁,如煎得兩面香脆金黃就更開心。鮮牛通心粉,湯汁清爽,竟然係兒時味道令人十分壞念,加埋厚身黏黏通心粉簡約古祖風,嫩牛鬆軟滑嘟嘟,撈埋餐肉碎更多彩多姿。食碗熱熱 pasta 醒醒先,Spam & beef macaroni soup!無咩胃口食少少暖暖胃,份量多得誇張,多過碗蠔仔粥咯,正常應該只一半份量呢,超抵食!
煙肉叉燒湯烏冬,椰菜真係甜架喎,爽甜不苦澀,難得難得!沒有燒過的炆叉燒,厚切估唔到鬆軟肉甜。煙肉不咸不油肉香油香,湯底特濃跟通粉湯一樣喎,飲兩幾啖都唔頸渴。即食烏冬熱騰騰煮得透徹,嫩滑濕潤滲著湯汁十分高質。
吉列豬扒,新鮮出爐略有油光,薄薄麵包糠鬆化不硬掘掘不刮嘴,完成度高鎖住肉汁,先脆後軟塾,豬肉甜味吸引無比,可遇不可求,浸湯食半濕半脆別有一番風味。
