To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 舖頭環境係幾大,入座時周圍都有位,但職員就咁指我哋去坐個門口好窄嘅一人位(我哋係兩個人),嗰個位隔離客人個袋已佔咗一半,一睇就知會坐得勁唔舒服,於是我環顧四周,見入啲有卡位,我就問可否坐入面,個職員就黑面話“是但你”,由於餐廳係qr code落單,個職員將夾住qr code張飛嗰塊板好粗魯咁飛落我哋張枱,朝早面對咁嘅態度,我對佢個早餐已經冇期望,就算冇發生呢件事我都不會有特別期望,因為只是人均$40蚊食例牌嘅沙爹牛麵同炸魚柳,結果我食完個沙爹麵,我家人塊魚柳都未到,我哋已經冇催單,因為我哋一心認為魚柳係即叫即炸,製作需時,點知結果係凍嘅,魚柳個邊又燶又硬。
