To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間烤肉餐廳，食物質素一向很穩定，所以都是我們返工食 Lunch 的常去餐廳之一！但，經過昨日中午的光顧，相信我們全 Team 同事，以後都唔會再去！昨日一行六人到餐廳，坐下來如常看看餐牌，一位相信是新手 Waiter, 開始為我們各人送上熱茶。就在秒殺一刻，他把托盤上餘下的熱茶，倒在我們兩位同事身上！同事的本能反應，即時彈開和站立，我們在驚惶之下，向兩位遞上紙巾，更擔心他們被熱茶焯傷！新手 Waiter 只是呆呆站著，有其他職員遞上紙巾，我們六人便拉隊走人！但是，全程由意外發生，到我們行出餐廳門外，一句簡單 Sorry道歉都沒有！我們在驚魂未定下，都沒有找餐廳經理投訴，我們最擔心的是，兩位同事有否有受傷！所以，我們已把這餐廳列入 黑！名！單！😡😡😡😡😡😡
