對烹調有堅持,對食物有堅持,才會成就一頓讓人回味無窮的晚餐。今晚跟朋友來到上環Trattoria Doppio Zero,餐廳在地庫, 座位蠻多的,但一樣坐無虛席。朋友發辦, 每款都好合口味。見到drink menu上有杯Nutty Express, 朋友怕我喝咖啡後會影響對食物的味道,但我這咖啡迷又怎能不試試看呢!堅持下 終於喝到!  奶泡非常輕盈, 入口首先是清香的杏仁味, 繼而是咖啡的甘香, 就像走甜的杏仁霜咖啡, 兩者味道balance , 正!等食物時間有丁點長,不過全是即製的,值得的。Parmigiano Frittelle, 超好味的芝士波,由巴馬臣芝士、西班牙火腿、陳年忌廉而成,再加入黑醋醬同炸, 可口不油膩, 口感軟糯,味道濃郁,又帶有西班牙火腿的鹹味, 不錯。麵類是必點的,因為都是他們自家製的, 當中,這款蕃茄麵是新菜式, 用上00專屬麵粉,配上有機新鮮蕃茄製成的新鮮麵條,粗度比意粉粗但比天使麵幼,軟硬度剛好,配上自家新鮮番茄醬,雖則簡單,但卻突出了意粉的口感。香煎銀雪魚, 雪魚好滑好juicy鮮甜,夾著面層以日本醬油打成的輕盈泡沫, 增添了點鹹味, 想讓味道再豐富

香煎銀雪魚, 雪魚好滑好juicy鮮甜,夾著面層以日本醬油打成的輕盈泡沫, 增添了點鹹味, 想讓味道再豐富一點, 再放幾粒自家製魚子入口,醃製過三日, 鮮味香濃,yummy~

意式菜嘛,甜品我當然點Tiramisu, 以蛋白代替cheese cream,  質感更軟滑輕盈, 底層的咖啡酒蛋糕,濕潤度剛好, 在面層除了灑上可可粉,還有爆炸糖,口感創新。
