同好朋友一訪呢一間隱世壽司店,食omakasea. 朋友在呢頭返工,佢話想入來試好久,只不過搵唔到飯腳。一進場,已經感受到壽司師傅的氣場,大師果然係大師,一舉手一投足,都充滿自信,每放下一件壽司,都瀟灑地以一個日文魚名作介紹,洋洋灑灑,不會多一句廢話。服務員是個甜美而且溫柔的小姐,先為我們遞上一碗熱烘烘的湯煮文甲,從外面冰冷的空氣走進來,得到呢碗熱湯嘅安慰,再加上佢甜美嘅笑容,倍敢溫暖,果兩隻文甲仲好鮮甜。白蝦刺身,落了岩鹽,可以撈來食,份外鮮美。活帶子好新鮮,咩都唔使點可以就咁食,因為呢個師傅都落咗啲岩鹽,不過份量控制得好小心,食到少少咸,能夠帶出帶子的鮮味,但係又唔會咸得太過分。白象拔蚌刺身勁爽鮮,爽到嗦嗦聲日本廣島真蠔 味道清新 ,小小辣蘿蔔蓉,好開胃好爽甜。深海池魚刺身,好夠魚味,呢一個切法,成塊刺身好似彩虹咁樣架在碟上,好有美感。壽司師傅為我地準備了漬物牛蒡,好好味,食到停唔到口。原來係佢地自家制的。甜滑海膽之下係腐竹,幾香豆味,係一種幾特別嘅食法。燒白子,未食過呢種食法,好香溜,經火燒仲香!有酸汁中和一下,唔會太滯。紫菜帶子卷即刻食!即刻食!一定要即刻食!一下都唔可以延遲,

服務員是個甜美而且溫柔的小姐,先為我們遞上一碗熱烘烘的湯煮文甲,從外面冰冷的空氣走進來,得到呢碗熱湯嘅安慰,再加上佢甜美嘅笑容,倍敢溫暖,果兩隻文甲仲好鮮甜。



白蝦刺身,落了岩鹽,可以撈來食,份外鮮美。

好新鮮,咩都唔使點可以就咁食,因為呢個師傅都落咗啲岩鹽,不過份量控制得好小心,食到少少咸,能夠帶出帶子的鮮味,但係又唔會咸得太過分。
